Sunday, November 1st 2020 (Day after Halloween)
We will have a *NEW* Santa
*New set up and New Venue this year for social distancing. Child will be placed near Santa, but not directly on lap*

Clients are asked to wear a mask while inside the venue and parents are to wear a mask if they come near our Santa. Masks are not required during actual photos.

You are attending the session at your own risk. If you have a concern please consider waiting until 2021 to partake in a session with Santa.

Session Details:
5 Minutes with Santa
3 Digital Images + Print Release

Up to three children* please book two time slots for separate families.

Images will be delivered 2-3 weeks after session date.
Additional images may be purchased as a package through your gallery.

Please arrive early, but stand away from others or wait in your car until it is your turn for your session.

The set up will *NOT* be a baking cookies with Santa theme for safety reasons.
We will have a NEW Santa this year so please be aware of this when booking. Our new Santa is Santa Jeaux (Pictured in the 3rd photo)

Due to the nature of these sessions there are NO refunds and no TRANSFERS of retainers under any circumstance

In the event that our Santa becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of our control or an act of God the sessions would be changed. Please understand the sensitive nature of these sessions this year when booking. Due to the shortage of working Santas this year, no replacement is available. Christmas PJ sessions will be offered instead in the studio space. You may also choose to do a more elegant look in the white studio space.

In the event that I become available, I will attempt to find a replacement photographer to shoot the session for me.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Read over ALL descriptions on this page PRIOR to purchasing.

2. There are NO refunds

3. Your time slot cannot be changed after you purchase unless Denay Shook Photography allows- Denay Shook Photography has the right to adjust time slots as needed.

4. The venue is subject to change at any time, if such issue arises, Denay Shook Photography will find a similar venue.

5. Denay Shook Photography and the location/venue are not held liable for any one persons irresponsibility or harm to anyone while attending the mini sessions.

6. Rescheduling/Late Arrivals. In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a photographic event- you may forfeit your session. In the event the client is late, that time will be deducted from your session time. You may not reschedule/ exchange in place of an already booked session. Doing so will result in a new non-refundable retainer.

7. All sales are final.

8. Artistic Rights. The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the Client. The Photographer also retains the right to make adjustments to the photographs in post-processing as the Photographer deems within their creative control. Additional processing may be requested an additional fee.

9. Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer.

10. Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer shall retain copyright ownership of all works created in the course of this Contract, including but not limited to, all images in their original and processed formats. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind.

11. Social Media. The Client may share web/blog post links and social media albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. The Client shall not copy, download, screenshot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion. The Client shall identify the “COPYRIGHT 2020 Denay Shook Photography” in the caption of all photographs uploaded to social media websites and profiles.

12. Photographer’s Standard Price List. The charges in this Contract are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

13. Indemnification. The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to the Client and the Client’s property during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.

14. Photographer is NOT responsible for any last minute changes arising from Santa or Venue.

15. Client is aware of the global pandemic and novel coronavirus and is attending the session at their own risk.

16. Photographer, Venue and Santa Jeaux are not liable for any illness or injury that may result in death resulting from attending the session.
