This is my first year at this particular farm. In the past, I have used another location(pictured) The rows may be different and photograph differently based on the crop and blooms at that time*

*DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER, CROP FAILURE OR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE RELATED TO THE FARM OR ANY OTHER CURRENT EVENT THAT WOULD INTERFERE WITH THE SESSIONS.

The TOTAL session cost is $175
$25 due to book and $150 the day of the session by Cash. ( NO checks will be accepted. You will be sent a reminder 24 hours before your session to gather payment) At this time, Venmo/Online Payments are not being accepted so please be prepared with your cash payment day of session. Exact change only. No change will be given or credits applied for overpayments*

By purchasing this session, you agree to receive a credit to any other 2021 session IN CASE there is any unforeseen circumstance with the farm, weather or current event which makes it not possible for a shoot to happen there. Credits may be used up to JUNE 01, 2021 or September-October 2021 (these dates are reflecting my maternity leave. NO CREDITS GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL OR DO NOT ATTEND YOUR SESSION FOR ANY REASON)

*No Pets. Only Family members participating in the session please to avoid distractions (unless a parent that is choosing to not be in photos)

*PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. TOUCHING THE PEACH BLOSSOM TREES WILL DAMAGE THE CROP AND CAN RESULT IN THE FARM NO LONGER ALLOWING PHOTOGRAPHERS/GUEST TO VISIT. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS AND RESPECTFUL TO THE FARM.

Not valid for extended family sessions. Immediate family only. Up to 5. The only exception is if you have more than 3 children. Grandparents, grandchildren, Cousins, aunts and uncles ETC are considered extended family. If you would like to add family members you must contact me and may be required to book two time slots.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Read over ALL descriptions on this page PRIOR to purchasing.

2. There are NO refunds

3. Your time slot cannot be changed after you purchase unless Denay Shook Photography allows- Denay Shook Photography has the right to adjust time slots as needed.

4. The venue is subject to change at any time, if such issue arises, Denay Shook Photography will find a similar venue.

5. Denay Shook Photography and the location/venue are not held liable for any one persons irresponsibility or harm to anyone while attending the mini sessions.

6. Rescheduling/Late Arrivals. In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a photographic event- you may forfeit your session. In the event the client is late, that time will be deducted from your session time. You may not reschedule/ exchange in place of an already booked session. Doing so will result in a new non-refundable retainer.

7. All sales are final.

8. Artistic Rights. The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the Client. The Photographer also retains the right to make adjustments to the photographs in post-processing as the Photographer deems within their creative control. Additional processing may be requested an additional fee.

9. Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer.

10. Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer shall retain copyright ownership of all works created in the course of this Contract, including but not limited to, all images in their original and processed formats. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind.

11. Social Media. The Client may share web/blog post links and social media albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. The Client shall not copy, download, screenshot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion. The Client shall identify the “COPYRIGHT 2021 Denay Shook Photography” in the caption of all photographs uploaded to social media websites and profiles.

12. Photographer’s Standard Price List. The charges in this Contract are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

13. Indemnification. The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to the Client and the Client’s property during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.

14. By booking this session the client is agreeing to attend the location and sessions at their own risk. Client is aware of the global pandemic (Novel Coronavirus/Covid-19) and client is making the decision to attend the park, sunflower field or any location in the state of Georgia at their own risk and assume all responsibility for themselves and friends or family attending the session.

15.Client agrees that Denay Shook and Denay Shook Photography, LLC will not be held liable for ANY illness contracted by client.

16. CLIENT AGREES THEY ARE ATTENDING SESSION AT THEIR OWN RISK.
